All beef we carry is hormone-free, antibiotic-free, and chemical-free — always.

Some cuts exist in very small quantities on each animal. This includes:

  • Flank Steak (only 1–2 per cow)
  • Skirt Steak (1 per cow)
  • Picanha (1 per cow)
  • Bavette (1–2 per cow)
  • Filet Mignon (only a small portion of the tenderloin)

If you see these available, they likely won’t last long. Frequent sellouts are normal.

Our ground beef comes from cattle raised on regenerative pastures.

There are no fillers, no scraps, no additives — only whole-muscle beef cuts ground fresh.

This produces clean flavor, better texture, and nutrient density you can feel.

Grass-finished beef is naturally leaner and cooks faster.
