ROCK Farmhouse is a small, family-run business committed to building the bridge between farmers doing things right—and families looking for something better. We operate this website and the services provided through it. By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Nature of Our Service
We offer a curated selection of farm-direct and retail-ready products, including pasture-raised beef, pork, chicken, eggs, raw cheese, wild-caught seafood, and small-batch pantry staples.
All of these are sold in compliance with Texas and federal law.
We also coordinate a private, pre-order collective for raw dairy (including raw milk and cream), available exclusively to members who join by creating an account and placing a qualifying order.
We do not operate as a retail store or licensed dairy distributor.
Instead, we connect families to local farms that provide raw dairy under the Texas herdshare exemption or direct-from-farm delivery model.
By joining our collective, you acknowledge that raw dairy is a farm-direct product facilitated through your membership, and you agree to assume any personal responsibility related to its use and storage.
ROCK Farmhouse does not pasteurize, process, or alter raw dairy in any way and is not liable for any outcomes related to its use.
2. Ordering & Account Creation
To place an order, you must create an account.
By doing so, you affirm that you understand our model and agree to these Terms.
Orders may include retail-ready items, farm-direct goods, or a combination of both.
All orders are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion.
3. Legal Disclaimer
All products and services are offered “as-is” and “as available.” While we take every measure to ensure quality and safety, we cannot guarantee outcomes related to raw or perishable goods.
You agree to use products at your own discretion and assume all risk associated with raw food products.
