Welcome, y’all.

We’re Amy and Andrew.

We’re the husband-and-wife team behind ROCK Farmhouse — a small family-run business helping Dallas–Fort Worth families get closer to local farms doing things right.

What started with our own search for food we could truly trust has grown into a bridge between local farmers and families who want to know where their food comes from.

Our Story

It Started With Our Own Table

Amy preparing real food in the kitchen with her son

ROCK Farmhouse started with a question we kept asking in our own home: where can we find food we actually trust?

Not just food with a good label. Not just food that sounded healthy. But food raised by people we could know, ask questions of, and feel good about bringing home to our boys.

Amy’s work as The Holistic Dietitian shaped the way we thought about food, nourishment, ingredients, and the everyday choices families are trying to make around their table. Andrew began building relationships with local farms and producers who cared about the same things — honest sourcing, better practices, and food raised with care.

Over time, that search became ROCK Farmhouse: a small family-run business helping Dallas–Fort Worth households bring carefully sourced local food into their homes without having to chase it all down farm by farm.

Amy’s Background

Food Was Never Just A Product To Us

Before ROCK Farmhouse became what it is today, Amy’s work as The Holistic Dietitian shaped the way our family thought about food, nourishment, ingredients, and the everyday choices families make around their table.

Her work gave us a deeper appreciation for the connection between food quality, sourcing, and trust. It also made one thing clear: families do not just want more options. They want food they can understand, feel confident in, and bring home without second-guessing.

That perspective still guides the way we source for ROCK Farmhouse. We are not looking for vague health claims or pretty labels. We want to know who raised the food, how it was produced, and whether we would feel good bringing it into our own home.

Amy’s nutrition work and ROCK Farmhouse are separate, but the heart behind them is connected: helping families make more confident, thoughtful choices about the food they bring home.

How ROCK Works

We Are Not The Farm. We Are The Bridge.

ROCK Farmhouse is not a farm, and we never want that to be confusing. We are a small family-run business helping connect Dallas–Fort Worth households with local farms and producers we know and trust.

Amy’s background shaped the way we think about food, nourishment, and sourcing. Andrew helped turn that conviction into something practical — building relationships with local producers, coordinating farm pickups, managing delivery logistics, and creating a rhythm families can count on.

Most families do not have time to drive farm to farm, compare every sourcing claim, or keep up with multiple pickup schedules. Our role is to make that connection easier, while still keeping the relationship to the farms clear.

We coordinate pre-orders, pick up directly from our farm partners, hand-pack each order with care, and deliver across Dallas–Fort Worth on our biweekly Friday and Saturday delivery rhythm.

From Farm To Your Table

A Simple Rhythm Families Can Count On

Good local food should not feel confusing or out of reach. We built our rhythm to help families bring trusted farm foods home with more confidence, less guessing, and fewer extra stops.

01

We build farm relationships

We get to know the farmers, families, and producers behind the food before we bring it into the ROCK Farmhouse offering.

02

You pre-order

You choose what your family needs before the cutoff, so our farm partners can plan around real orders instead of guesswork.

03

We pick up and hand-pack

We gather orders directly from our farm partners, check the details, and pack everything with the care this kind of food deserves.

04

We deliver across DFW

Your order arrives through our biweekly Friday and Saturday delivery rhythm, helping your family stay stocked with local farm foods without the extra driving.

Packed By Hand

Delivered With The Same Care We’d Want For Our Own Home

Local food is different. Many of the foods we deliver are perishable, seasonal, and picked up close to the time they arrive at your door.

That is why we do not treat your order like a box moving through a warehouse. Every ROCK Farmhouse order is packed by hand, checked with care, and handled with the understanding that there is a family on the other side of the delivery.

From raw dairy and pasture-raised eggs to grass-finished meats, sourdough, and pantry staples, our goal is simple: help trusted farm foods arrive in a way that reflects the care behind how they were raised, made, and brought to your table.

What We Bring to Your Table

Local staples, sourced with care.

We focus on the foods families come back to again and again — the everyday staples that make it easier to keep trusted, farm-sourced food in your home.

Raw Milk & Cream

Pre-ordered from trusted local dairy partners and picked up close to delivery so families can plan around a consistent rhythm.

Pasture-Raised Eggs

Eggs from local farms focused on better feed, outdoor access, and thoughtful care for the flock.

Grass-Finished Beef & Bison

Red meats from ranchers who care about the land, the animals, and clear sourcing from start to finish.

Pastured Pork & Chicken

Practical, nourishing proteins raised by farms whose standards we would feel good bringing home to our own table.

Raw Cheese, Yogurt & Cultured Foods

Small-batch dairy staples that help round out simple meals, snacks, and everyday nourishment at home.

Sourdough & Pantry Staples

Simple, useful foods that support everyday meals and make it easier to keep real-food staples on hand.

Wild Caught Alaskan Salmon

Wild-caught seafood offered seasonally when we can source it from partners we trust.

How It Works

A simple rhythm for bringing trusted farm food home.

ROCK Farmhouse helps make carefully sourced local food easier to bring into your home. Instead of trying to keep up with several different farms, pickup schedules, and sourcing questions, your family can order the staples you need in one place — and we help coordinate the rest.

1

You place your order online

Choose the raw dairy, pasture-raised eggs, grass-finished meats, sourdough, pantry staples, and seasonal foods your family needs for the upcoming delivery cycle.

2

We coordinate with local farms

Many items are pre-ordered, picked up close to delivery, and sourced directly from the farms and producers we know, trust, and have built relationships with.

3

We carefully pack your order

Your order is checked, organized, and packed with care — often into the burlap bags that have become part of the ROCK Farmhouse delivery experience.

4

You bring better food to your table

Your order is delivered across Dallas–Fort Worth or made available through pickup, helping your family build a more trusted rhythm around real food.

Why We Source This Way

Because The Farmer Matters As Much As The Food

We believe the people behind the food matter. Labels can be helpful, but they can never tell the whole story. That is why we care about the farmers, families, and producers behind every item we offer through ROCK Farmhouse.

We look for people who care about stewardship, animal welfare, soil health, honest practices, and feeding families well — not just producing food as fast or as cheaply as possible.

For us, sourcing is not just about finding products to sell. It is about building real relationships with the people raising, growing, making, and stewarding the food our families bring home.

Relationship Over Labels

We want to know the farms and producers behind the food — not just repeat what is written on a package, website, or marketing claim.

Stewardship Over Shortcuts

We look for people who care about the land, the animals, the soil, and the long-term health of the families they are feeding.

Trust Before Convenience

Convenience matters, especially for busy families. But we never want convenience to come at the cost of sourcing standards, transparency, or care.

A Note From Our Family

We’re Building This For Families Like Ours

ROCK Farmhouse burlap delivery bags on a wooden table, packed with local farm food for Dallas-Fort Worth families

ROCK Farmhouse was not started from a boardroom or a big business plan. It started with a simple desire we shared with many of the families we serve — to bring better food into our home, know more about where it came from, and support farmers who are doing things with care.

We are still very much in the middle of the work ourselves. We answer the questions, coordinate with the farms, pick up food, pack the orders, and care about the details because we know there is a real family on the other side of every delivery.

Our hope is that ROCK Farmhouse makes it a little easier for your family to build a steady rhythm around trusted local food — without having to do all the searching, calling, driving, and guessing on your own.

Stay nourished,

Amy & Andrew
