• Our delivery window is between 8:00 am to 4:00 p.m., depending on your locations.

• When you select Home Delivery at checkout, you will be ask to select a date.

• To make sure your delivery experience is as smooth as possible, we'll send you an estimated delivery time on Thursday evening. This way, you can plan your day and eagerly await your order's arrival.

Do I have to be home to accept my order?

• Nope!

• We do ask that you place a Cooler or Thermal Bag out on your porch, if you do not plan on being home during the delivery window.

• Each order will be packed with a small amount of dry ice.

What are the fees for Home Delivery?

• Orders over $74.99 qualify for FREE Home Delivery.

• Orders between $0.00 and $74.99 will incur a delivery fee of $10.00.
