Placing your order
Members place home delivery orders through the ROCK Farmhouse member portal.
Sign in, choose your items and select home delivery. Review your address and the displayed delivery weekend before checkout. New membership is considered by referral, service area and available capacity.

Delivery schedule
ROCK Farmhouse delivers every other week, on Friday and Saturday.
Your assigned day depends on the current route. We confirm your day in the pre-delivery text. Check the current ordering cycle’s delivery weekend before placing your order.
Each order belongs to a specific delivery cycle.
Ordering deadline
The home delivery order deadline is Sunday at 11:59 p.m. Central for the active ordering cycle.
Ordering opens every other Monday at 1 a.m. Central. Confirm the cycle’s delivery dates before ordering. Contact ROCK before the cutoff to request changes to an existing order; late changes depend on availability and fulfillment timing.
Changes to an order already placed need ROCK’s review.
Delivery fees
ROCK Farmhouse home delivery is free on orders of $85 or more. Orders below $85 have a $10 delivery fee.

Route timing
Your delivery day and approximate arrival window are determined by ROCK’s route.
If you have a timing constraint, contact us before the ordering cutoff. We can review the request, but a specific day or arrival time is not guaranteed.

Arrival updates
On the Wednesday immediately before your delivery weekend, ROCK texts your assigned day, courier and approximate one-hour arrival window.
On delivery day, you’ll receive a text as your stop approaches. Traffic, weather and earlier stops can shift the window.
Keep your mobile number current and watch for delivery texts.
Receiving your order
You do not need to be home when an unattended delivery has been arranged with ROCK.
Leave a suitable insulated cooler with ice packs in the agreed, accessible location. Allow enough space for your order and bring your food inside promptly.
If your receiving setup changes, let ROCK know before delivery.
Keeping food cold
ROCK maintains the cold chain during collection, packing and home delivery.
Food that needs refrigeration is kept cold through transport. Dairy stays in its original sealed, labeled containers. Follow your receiving instructions and refrigerate your food promptly after delivery.
Your receiving cooler helps keep the food cold until you bring it inside.
Access instructions
Give ROCK the details your courier needs to reach the agreed delivery location.
Include the gate code, building and unit number, entry or concierge instructions, and where to place your order. Send these details and any changes before your delivery route begins.

Changing delivery plans
Contact ROCK as early as possible to request an address change or a switch to pickup.
We review changes against the service area, route, pickup availability and order status. Tell us your order number and requested change. Wait for confirmation before making new receiving arrangements.
A requested change takes effect once ROCK confirms it.
Delivery help
Contact ROCK if your delivery is overdue, cannot be located or arrives with an item or quality issue.
Check your latest delivery text, then send your order number and a brief description. For an item concern, include the affected product and a photo when helpful.
