Where to Pre-Order Raw Milk in Dallas–Fort Worth
Looking for local, farm-fresh raw milk in the Dallas–Fort Worth area?
Here’s how you can pre-order directly from trusted farms while staying within the bounds of Texas law.
How It Works at ROCK Farmhouse
At ROCK Farmhouse, we do not sell or distribute raw milk or raw dairy products.
We are not a farm, nor are we a retailer.
We serve as a coordination hub — a bridge — helping local families connect directly with licensed, raw milk-producing farms in Texas.
All raw milk and raw dairy products are available by pre-order only, and orders are fulfilled directly from the farm.
By placing a pre-order through ROCK Farmhouse, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are authorizing an individual within our private collective to retrieve your pre-purchased items directly from a licensed Texas dairy on your behalf.
- ROCK Farmhouse does not stock, resell, or warehouse any raw milk or dairy products.
- All products are handled in accordance with Texas Administrative Code §217.31.
This model allows families across the DFW area to lawfully obtain raw dairy from the farm, while supporting local regenerative agriculture and remaining in full compliance with Texas law.

Why Families Choose Raw Milk
Raw milk is rich in beneficial bacteria, enzymes, and natural nutrients — unprocessed, unpasteurized, and delivered with care. For many, it's about food that still feels like food — and knowing the people behind it.
Let’s Bring Real Food Back to the Table
Whether you're new to raw milk or have been drinking it for years, we make it simple to connect with the farmers who do things right — and get fresh, legal raw milk from the farm to your fridge.
What is raw milk?
Raw milk is milk that has not been pasteurized or homogenized.
It comes straight from the cow, retaining all its natural enzymes, beneficial bacteria, and nutrients.
Is raw milk legal in Texas?
Yes.
In Texas, the sale of raw milk is legal directly from licensed Grade A dairies.
However, it must be sold at the farm or picked up through authorized coordination hubs like ROCK Farmhouse.
What are the benefits of raw milk?
Raw milk contains natural enzymes, probiotics, vitamins, and minerals that can be lost during pasteurization.
Many people report better digestion, fewer allergies, and improved nutrient absorption.
What’s the difference between A1 and A2 milk?
A2 milk contains a different protein structure and may be easier to digest for some people.
What’s the shelf life of raw milk?
Raw milk typically lasts 7–10 days when properly refrigerated.
Some customers ferment it into kefir or use it in baking once it begins to sour naturally.
Does ROCK Farmhouse sell raw milk?
No.
ROCK Farmhouse does not sell or distribute raw milk.
We act as a coordination hub, helping families connect directly with licensed Texas dairies like Sandy Creek and Circle N.
How does the pre-order process work?
All raw milk is available by pre-order only.
When you place an order through ROCK Farmhouse, you are authorizing a private individual within our collective to retrieve your reserved milk directly from the farm on your behalf.
Do you deliver raw milk?
Yes, we offer local pickup and home delivery options throughout Dallas–Fort Worth.
You can check our schedule page for delivery zones and timing.
Is the milk fresh?
Absolutely.
We do not warehouse or stock milk.
All raw dairy is picked up fresh from the farm on the day of delivery, in accordance with Texas Administrative Code §217.31.
What types of cows produce the milk?
Sandy Creek Dairy: 100% Brown Swiss cows (known for creamy milk with a high likelihood of A2 protein).
Circle N Dairy: Jersey and Holstein cows (also with a high chance of A2 protein and rich milk content).
Are there any purchase limits?
Currently, there are no purchase limits.
That may change seasonally based on supply.
How do the cows live?
Both Sandy Creek and Circle N Dairy prioritize pasture-based, regenerative farming.
Cows graze on chemical-free fields, eat non-GMO, soy-free feed (if any), and are raised without hormones, steroids, or unnecessary drugs.
