Boneless Country Style Ribs (Sirloin Cut)

  • $7.14
1 in stock.

Despite their name, these aren’t technically “ribs.”

These are not actual ribs, but they are named “ribs” because they resemble the meaty, hearty texture of traditional ribs.

Country style ribs that are cut from the sirloin come from the sirloin end of the pork loin, located near the hip area of the pig.
