Storage: Should you wish to extend its life, freezing presents an excellent solution. For added convenience, consider slicing the loaf prior to freezing. This way, you can easily thaw only the amount you need, ensuring each piece tastes as wonderful as it did fresh. We advise against refrigerating sourdough, as it doesn't significantly extend its shelf life and may impact the bread's natural texture
