We work with small-scale, family-run farms — and a natural part of that commitment is that production is limited. As more families seek out raw milk from regenerative farms, we’ve set a 4-gallon limit to help make sure every household has the opportunity to enjoy it.

This 1-gallon raw milk comes from Circle N Dairy, a family-run farm in Gainesville, Texas. It’s clean, fresh-tasting milk produced with close attention to pasture quality, animal care, and long-term land stewardship.
Produced from a pasture-raised herd of Jersey and Holstein cows, this raw milk reflects Circle N’s commitment to thoughtful, regenerative farming. Milk is available by pre-order only through local pickup or home delivery in partnership with ROCK Farmhouse.

We are a coordination hub — a bridge — helping local families connect directly with licensed Texas dairies.
All raw milk is available by pre-order only.
By placing an order through us, you are authorizing a private individual within our collective to retrieve your reserved milk directly from our partner farms.
We do not stock or warehouse raw dairy. All milk is picked up fresh from the farm, in accordance with Texas Administrative Code §217.31.
