No nitrate or nitrite added, except those naturally occurring in sea salt and celery powder.

Why Ends & Pieces Are Different
Bacon ends and pieces are the irregular portions created when traditional pork belly bacon is trimmed and prepared for packaging.
Each package may include shorter slices, thicker ends, smaller pieces, and a mix of meatier and fattier portions. They are not intended to look like perfectly uniform breakfast strips.
That variation makes them especially useful for cooking. They can be diced into meals, rendered for flavor, crisped for toppings, or cooked alongside eggs and potatoes.
Expect natural variation from package to package. Smaller pieces may become crisp while thicker portions remain meatier and more substantial.
