Made from pork belly, each package contains the shorter ends and irregular pieces created as bacon is trimmed. The pieces will vary in size, shape, and thickness, but they offer the same rich, smoky flavor as traditional sliced bacon, with a subtle touch of sweetness from brown sugar.

They are especially useful when the bacon will be chopped, rendered, crumbled, or mixed into a recipe. This is a practical way to keep pasture-raised bacon on hand without needing perfectly uniform strips.

These uncured smoked bacon ends and pieces are made from pork belly and come from pasture-raised heritage pork produced by Prairie Farmstead.

Pork belly, water, sea salt, brown sugar, celery powder, and cherry powder.

Uncured

No nitrate or nitrite added, except those naturally occurring in sea salt and celery powder.

Why Ends & Pieces Are Different

Bacon ends and pieces are the irregular portions created when traditional pork belly bacon is trimmed and prepared for packaging.

Each package may include shorter slices, thicker ends, smaller pieces, and a mix of meatier and fattier portions. They are not intended to look like perfectly uniform breakfast strips.
